No one person has step up and complete a quota by donating a large sum; It is up to individuals to ally themselves as individual members for the coming year." ASKS REPAIR OF STREET Letters from four Richmond concerns were received by the board of works Thursday asking for the improvement of North West Second street and Center street to North West Fifth street. The matter was referred to the city engineer. The hearing on the opening of South Fifth street from H to I streets, which was called for this morning, was postponed until Dec. 4, at the request 'of the' South Side Improvement association. COMMISSIONERS INSPECT ROADS County commissioners from Randolph county made an inspection of Wayne county roads Thursday.
