HIGH FOOTBALL SQUAD CHOSEN BY COACH ROCK
Emslie and Harding Probable Candidates for Captaincy Election Tonight. Harding or Emslie seem to be the leading candidates for captain of the high school football team. An election will be held at the playgrounds, Wed nesday afternoon, by members of the squad. Both men have had about the same amount of experience, Harding at Woodward high, of Cincinnati, and Emslie on a school team in the north era part of the state. After a stiff scrimmage Tuesday evening, Coach Rock picked the men for the Varsity team and his choice included Dollins at full; Harding and Loehr at halves, and Emslie to quar ter Motley and Holcomb were his choice for ends, while Vogelsong and Hoerner were selected as tackles Zuttermelster and Price a3 guards, and Russel at Center. Considerable enthusiasm prevails in prospect of giving the Hamilton eleven a trimming. Although the locals will outweigh their opponents by about 20 pounds to a man, Hamilton has been playing football for several seasons and practically their entire team is composed of letter men. Although Richmond high has plenty of heft, Hamilton is touted as one of the fastest light teams in the Buck eye state. According to Coach Rock, speed is an esesntial factor in present day football. A team such as Hamilton which is adept in forward passing and open formation game, will make the "local lads hump. Bowling Notes
Three games in the lose column was the penalty imposed upon Hill's Laddies for non appearance at the second round of the City League bowling schedule at Twigg's alleys, Tuesday evening. As Lichtenfel3 Haberdashers were on deck, the games were forfeited to this team. In order to keep up their averages, they were forced to roll the three games. Owing to their large handicap, the A. S. M. five took three out of four from Feltman's Tramps. Catarrhal Deafness May Be Overcome If you have Catarrhal Deafness or head and ear noises or are growing hard of hearing go to your druggist and get 1 ounce of Parmint (double strength), and add to it i pint of hot water and a little granulated sugar. Take one tablespoonful four times a day. This will often bring quick relief from the distressing head noises. Clogged nostrils should open, breathing become easy and the mucus stop dropping into the throat. It is easy to prepare, costs little, and is pleasant to take. Anyone who has Catarrhal Deafness or head noises should give this prescription a trial. Adv.
