Plans for Religious School Will be Made at Federation Meeting Plans for the foundation of a school of religious education, will be announced at a meeting of the Richmond Federation of Churches to be held in the Y. M. C. A. at five o'clock, this afternoon. . A committee, headed by Rev. F. A. Dressel, was appointed by the Federation some time ago, to make a thorough investigation of the above project and to draw up plans for the same. The recommendations of the conference held Wednesday, will be taken up by the executive committee of the Richmond Federation of Churches, at this meeting.

The bidders, in submitting proposals to make said described public improvements, must accompany each bid with a certified check in the sum of $100.00, as evidence of good faith that he successful bidders will execute, within ten days from the acceptance of proposals, contracts and bonds satisfactory to the said Board to do the work of making said Improvements. A failure of the successful bidders to enter into such contract and bonds upon the acceptance of such proposals will forfeit the checks and the sums of money payable thereon to the city as agreed and liquidated damages for such failure.
