Judge, Editor, Hails Rivals for Contempt (By Associated Press) MIAMI, Fla., Sept 23.Three members of the editorial staff of the Miami Metropolis have been hauled Into court on a charge of contempt of court by order of Judge F. B. Stoneman, who 13 editor of the opposition paper, the Miami Herald. An article In the Metropolis which resulted in the proceedings was a criticism of the court. Judge Stoneman announced he would give his decision tomorrow.
