Hog Scourge Has Not Visited Wayne, Says Clem Hamorrhagic Septicemia, new scourge that has been prevalent in several Indiana counties, has not troubled Wayne county breeders tc any appreciable etxent, said Dr. Lou Clem. Thursday. The disease has has been considered incurable and has caused losses to many farmers in some districts. Although it was present to some etxent in Wayne county last fall and winter, there is none at this time.

Inlerurban Men Given Increase Of 3 Cents Hourly An increase of three cents an hour was given to the employes of the Terre Haute, Indianapolis and Eastern Traction company, Wednesday, said officials Thursday. Employes are now getting 44 cents an hour. This Increase affects all men between Richmond and Indianapolis.
