NICARAGUA LIQUIDATES DEBT MANAGUA, NICARAGUA, July 9. The Internal revenue collected by Nicaragua for the six months ending July 1st amounts to $640,000 according to an announcement by the treasury department today. Of this sum 300, 000 is payable to American bankers to liquidate the foreign debt and 540.000 remains in outstanding checks, leaving a surplus of $300,000 to be used lor public works.
