July 12, 1919, at which time same will be opened and read, for the furnishing and installation of a heating and ventilating system, and for the furnishing and installation of a water and toilet system, and for the making of certain changes and repairs in building to provide therefor; and all for present school building at Economy, in said township, and all according to the plans and specifications heretofore adopted and approved therefor.
