GRAIN QUOTATIONS
E. W. WAGNER & COVS LETTER CHICAGO, June 20. The com market again reflects neutral attitude of the bears. Corn has apparently become a mere methodical break buy and July corn creeps to $1.83 wondering if the food leaders are on the watch. Europe is apparently in need of feeds. : It now looks as though the Allies have kept their fleets near home. This has held Argentine grain exports to a minimum. One of the
basis of one hundred million corn acreage July ! start might equal twentyseven hundred million. This would be two hundred to three hundred million below current guesses. Cash corn continues its perpetual motion that has remained in charge so long. For the last tour months it looks like a habit -

Wool Values Still Going
Upward, Says Bulletin (By Associated Press) Boston, June 20. The Commercial
Bulletin tomorrow will say:
"While there has been no marked
changes so far as prices at the sea board wool market are concerned, the
tendency of values is still upward, more especially on finer wools. The
markets abroad are all firm, especially I
in England, except on the medium
wool grading below fifties.
'The mill situation is very strong
and some prices are being named for the light weight season on standard
goods. Buying, in the west has con
tinued steadily with prices firm for the best wool and in the fleece wool section a little higher for delates."
Greensfork, at $10,000 and the Teetor-
Keagy company, of , Hagerstown, at $22,000. This makes the official total
of corporation value In the county, $5,119,945 as compared with $2,648,160-
for 1918.

TAX BOARD DECIDES
NOT TO RE-ASSESS 40 BLOCKS OF QITY
Members of the Wayne county
Board of Review decided not to reassess the city of Richmond or any part of it, Friday. After complaints had been made that a part of the city had been assessed too low, the board took up the matter of reassessment with the state tax commission, and were told that if it were deemed nec
essary the city or any part of it could be reassessed. After a discussion, the
board decided to let the assessments stand..-.. i The question of reassessment was brought up when complaints were made that the assessments of property in that part of Richmond south of Main and east of Eighth streets were lower than in other parts of districts. The board ordered the reassessment of all property in Boston township, after officials of the township appeared before the board with statements that the valuation of the township was not equally distributed. Several assessments in the township were high, while other property was below its value. The final assessment of county cor
