M., on Thursday, June 26th, 1919, for the following described public improvements in the City of Richmond, as authorized by the Improvement Resolutions named: 565- 1919 Providing for the improvement of both sides of South 9th Street; by constructing a cement sidewalk 6 feet wide on both sides of said street, from South "H" to South "L" street. 566- 1919 Providing for the improvement of South "E" Street and alley between South 4th and 5th Streets by constructing a sewer; beginning at the trunk sewer In South "E" Street at South 6th Street, running thence west in South "E" Street to the alley running north between South 4th and 5th Streets; thence north In said alley to the 1st alley south of South "D" Street running east and west.
