IINHER WILL PITCH
GAME AT MUMCIE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Manager "Bugs" Winterman of the Richmond club favors playing as many local players as possible whenever (hey can be used. Tor this reason. Pete Minner will start the game at Muncie Sunday afternoon. This will be Pete's first chance In the new league to take the mound at the beginning of the game. He had to step in at Newcastle once after his
Iredecessor had lost the game and won tho backing of the Rose City fans,
shutting out the Newcastle club for
the remainder of the game. "When Winterman takes the Rich
tnond club to Muncle, he will have three old Richmond players, Minner, Leinlnger and Schlenker, who played with Richmond several years ago.
Leininger played third last Sunday bere and was recognized by a large
number of the fans. With the addi
tion of Schlenker, the club will be
well rounded out in fielders.
"Bugs" wants one first-class pitcher
with a "rep" that he can depend upon
for this reason, he is contracting for Earl Masely who was recommended to him by Heine Groh of the Cincinnati
: Reds. Mosely pitched in the Cincy federals and has been hurling ball in the army camps since. He was re
cently discharged and returned to his
home at Alliance, Cv Mosely will be brought to Richmond if an agreement
can be made.
Winterman has his eye on another
hurler, one who would attract quite
a bit of attention If he can be se
cured. The local management may
be able to make a definite announcement in the next few days. The whole matter probably will rest on the size of the crowd that will witness the
next contest at Richmond one week from Sunday, on June 22. The line-up that will represent Richmond at Muncie next Sunday follows: Welmer, rf ; Korfhagen, ss; Schlenker, 2b; Hill, cf; Shafer, If; Leinlnger. 8b; Grampke, lb; Durban, c; and Minner, pitch.

and former S. A. L. players to play on the Pennsy team. A meeting will probably be called to decide the matter later In the week
to the satisfaction of all concerned, in order that the league may establish a more equal status. Nicholson it
was learned, is only a part-time em
ploye of the Himea Dairy, in which
case, three of the other teams could choose a number of first-class ball players that are part time employes. The Postofllce could pitch Don Long, the A. S. M. could use a number of former S. A. L. players, and The Palladium could call into service a number of old ball players who can play fast ball, but this it is pointed out, would in the long run break up the league.

DAIRYMEN WINNERS WITH 7 TO 0 SCORE
The Himes Dairy easily defeated the Palladium baseball team 7 to 0. Wednesday evening at the Exhibition park. A. Nicholson, pitching for the Himes, established a .no-hit shut-out record; the first of the Commercial league. After the first innings, Suits, pitch
ing for the Pal, hit his stride and held the Milkmen down but the first inning
was a slaughter from start to tmisn. Even though Suits pitched fair ball he received no support from his fielders. This defeat scatters the Pall's per cent record and places them in a tie with the Item for second place. The Dairymen drove six runs across the plate in the first setto of the game but failed to do eo well afterward, annexing one more in the third inning. The Palladium slabmen were completely off form-and refused to hit a single out of Nicholson's speedy offerlags. Next week the Palladium meets the

Says His Prescription Has Powerful Influence Over Rheumatism
Discoverer Tells Druggists Not to Take a Cent of Anyone's Money Un. less Allenrhu Completely Banishes All Rheumatic Pains and Twinges. Mr. James H. Allen suffered for years with rheumatism. Many times this terrible disease left him helpless and unable to work. He finally decided, after years of ceaseless study, that no one can be free from rheumatism until the accumulated impurities, commonly called uric acid deposits, were dissolved in the joints and muscles and expelled from the body. With this idea in mind he consulted physicians, made experiments and finally compounded a prescription that quickly and completely banished every sign and symptom of rheumatism from his system. He freely gave his discovery to others who took it, with what might be called marvelous success. After years of urging he decided to let cut. ferers everywhere know about his discovery through the newspapers. All druggists have been appointed agents for Allenrhu in this vicinity with the understanding that he will freely return the purchase money to all who state they received no benefit Adv.
