Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that sealed proposals will be received by it at its office, at the hour of ten (10) o'clock A. M. Monday, June 23, 1919, for all legal notices or paid printed matter of any kind for the City of Richmond, Indiana, which may come before the Board for the year ending June 30, 1920. Bidders, in submitting bids, shall bid per inch, for first insertion. For each additional insertion: (An inch to consist of six (6) words and eight (8) lines.)
