Simpson formerly lived in Richmond, and is the son of Mrs. Phoebe C. Simpson ' of East Main street. He had been ill since last Monday. He is survived by bis widow and small daughter, Eloise, his mother, two sisters, Grace and Cordya Simp son, both of this city, and one brother, Fielding Simpson, also of Richmond. The body will be brought to the home of his mother, 1920 East Main street, Monday morning and funeral services will be held Tuesday.
