ATROCITY CHARGES (By Associated Press) SALONHCI, Dec. 20. Under "the caption "For the Honor of Bulgaria,' the newspaper Volia of Sofia, the or gan of Dr. N. Ghenadieff, former for eign minister of Bulgaria, publishes an article conceding that ill treatment was given the Inhabitants of Greek Macedonia and Serbia by the Bulga nans. The newspaper demands the punishment of those guilty for the reason that if such punishment Is not meted out "foreign nations will have reason to believe that the Bulgarian government countenanced the treatment complained of."
