Mrs. George E. Hope. Asquith's seat in parliament is being contested by a woman, Mrs. C.eorge E. Hope. Mrs. Hope is the widow of the late Lieutenant Colonel Hope who was killed in the present war. She is running independently for (the seat from Fifeshire. One of the planks of her platform is the demand Jhat the late kaiser be brought to England for trial for murder.
