Belgian Receives First Letter from Relatives ' Since Han Invasion . MIDDLEBORO, Nor. 21. Emory"; Joye, a Belgian, who acted as inter-..; pretor for Sylvester Cook during the " latter's visit In Belgium, has written Mr. Cook from Hillsboro, O., that he rf has received his first letter from his brother since the Germans entered -Belgium.
