PAGE SEVE COST OF WAR TO ALL NATIONS VMS $175,000,000,000 Sale off im Mf U1E WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 The direct cost of the war for all belligerent nations to last May 1 was reported at about $175,000,000,000 by the Federal Reserve Board Bulletin, issued today, and it Is estimated that the cost will amount to nearly 200,000,000,000 before the end of this year. These calculations were compiled by the board from various sources, and while their accuracy is not vouched for, the. board believes the figures are substantially correct For purely military and naval purposes it is estimated that all belligerents had spent about 1132,000,000,000 to May 1, or about three fourth of the total war cost. The balance represented interest on debt and other Indirect expenses. S3 e I IK BIG

Heart Problems

Dear Mrs. Thompson: I have been married nearly six months to a man

twenty-five years older than I, and j

now una i do not love mm. in iaci i love a young man here. He also is married, but does not love his wife. He loves me dearly and says he will kill me if I do not let him visit me.

persists in annoying you that you will

v reveal everything. In case he does

not give you up, fulfill your threat and tell your husband the entire truth. You made a mistake in marrying a man so much older than yourself, but you did It with your eyes open and must stani the consequences. Your husband should not be surprised when you say that you do not love him. He will detect the truth sooner or later pnd will admire your frankness. He should kno wthe situation in order to protect j on from the man you love. There H a chance that your husband will think it best to move to another city. At any rate the safe way is to prespnt the matter to him and let him decide what can be done.
