In the city of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, on the 26th day of August, 1918, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. m. on said day, the following property, to-wit : All of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Eighteen (IS) Range Thirteen (13) East, excepting twenty-five acres off the west side thereof heretofore conveyed to Albert W. Helton, also excepting seventeen hundredths (0.17) of an acre off the Northeast corner of said Northwest Fractional Quarter Section heretofore conveyed to the Cincinnati, Richmond and Muncie Railroad Company.
