In the city of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, on the 26th day of August, 1918, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. m. on said day, the following property, to-wit : All of the Northwest Fractional Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Eighteen (IS) Range Thirteen (13) East, excepting twenty-five acres off the west side thereof heretofore conveyed to Albert W.
