The Burgomaster cf Arnsberg, Westphalia, Germany, having failed in all endeavors to induce the farmers of the neighborhood to bring in supplies, placed this advertisement in the local newspaper as a final hope: "This municipality will buy all agricultural products for cash at government prices.
