Brown, deceased Partition. By virtue of an order of sale directed to the undersigned Commissioner from the clerk of the Wayne Circuit Court of the State of Indiana, on a judgment and decree obtained in said Court on the 27th day of July, 1918, in favor of Isophine Brown et al., as plaintiffs, for the partition of certain real estate named and described in the petition of said plaintiffs, I will, on THURSDAY, the 5TH DAY of -SEPTEMBER, 1918, at the hour of ONE O'CLOCK P.
