Mr. and Mr. George Fox will celebrate their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary at their home on South Sixteenth street tomorrow.. At noon a family dinner will be given and tomorrow evening guests will be received informally from 7.30 to 10:30 o'clock. Several out-of-town guests arrived today for the affair. The reception tomorrow evening will be very Informal. . . The Mary Hill W. C. Ts U. will meet Friday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the home of Mrs. Benjamin Wlckett, 230 Linden avenue. AH members and friends are urged to be present as arrangements for the state convention will be discussed. Mr. and Mrs. George Ballinger have gone to Chicago for residence. Ralph Ballinger has gone to Hamilton, O., for a visit and will then join his parents In Chicago. Mrs. W. P. Robinson gave an Informal luncheon yesterday at her home on South Sixteenth street as a courtesy to several out-of-town women who are visiting In the city. Covers were laid for thirty guests. The annual Moore family reunion was held Sunday at Glen Miller park. Dinner was served at noon. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. N. E. Vaughn and daughter, Nina, and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Stevenson, of Indianapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hill and daughter, Virginia, and James Richard of New York City, Mrs. Llda Weeks of Peru, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Cox, Misses Ruth and Katherlne Cox, Wlllard Cox, Mrs. Anna Moore and son, Ererette, Mr. and MrB. Walter Moore and son, Wendell, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Moore, Miss Deborah Moore, Mr. and Mrs. Archibald Webb, Miss Ollle Shute, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Darling, Mr. and MrB. C. W. Mason of Ft. Wayne was a visitor here today. An exhibition drill and card party will be given this evening in St Andrew's auditorium by the members of Knights of St John. Marshall Macke of Chicago Heights, 111., is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ira Bishop and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ratllff. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Lamb of New York are spendintheir vacation with the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. I. N. Lamb. Mrs. Verlin RatHffe has returned from Ft. Wayne where she visited her cousin, Miss Irene Jones, of the Ft. Wnyne Conservatory of Music.

Dr. and Mrs. A. B. Parker of Peoria, III., motored here last evening for a short visit with Mr. and Mrs. George Fox of South Sixteenth street. Solomon Fox of Anderson is also a guest at the Fox home.

Miss Thelma Pyle is visiting relatives in Newcastle for a few days. Ceorge Gault's Sunday school class of Reid Memorial church will meet Friday evening at the home of J. O. Wilson, 800 West Fifth street.

TV0 WAYS TO ENTER TRAINING COURSES

There are two ways In which a registered sum may enter one of the special training courses conducted under the direction of the committee on education of the Department of Eduatlon at Washington, according to a letter received by K. V. Carman, supervisor of the Richmond Commercial Club Training Detachment. The letter says: "Induction under calL Local boards

will be called upon to furnish men from time to time to be sent to these special training schools. A man de

siring special training who Is qualified technically, educationally and physically under the call may be inducted by his local board. Registrants should expect to keep in touch with their local boards In order to take advantage ot such calls. "Individual Induction. Under this procedure a registrant will communicate directly with the Committee on Education and Special Training.
