OXFORD, O., June 28. James W. Witherby, aged 65 years, a wealthy retired farmer and former member of the board of public affairs, was found by neighbors this morning, unconscious in his back yard, the result of an apopletic stroke. Mr. Witherby motored to Hamilton Wednesday night to attend a Knights of Pythias meting, returning about midnight la the best of health. He was stricken just after having run his machine into the garage, and while on his way to his house. Mrs. Witherby was In Cincinnati at the time. His condition is criticaL

TRAIN CHANGES ARE ANNOUNCED AT LIBERTY
LIBERTY, June 28. Sunday a complete change of time In the passenger service through this place on the Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Western railroad will go into effect. No passenger trains will be taken off, but two
of the trains will be for the through mail service from Chicago to Indianapolis. The passenger and mail train
that has been reaching here between 6 and 7 a. m. will now come at 5 a.
m., but carry no passengers. Next trains from Indianapolis will arrive.

at 7:1a p. m. All going to Cincinnati. The trains going west to Indianapolis will pass here at 10:15 a. m., the next west running to Chicago, passes here at 2 p. m. running to Chicago. Next going west as far as Indianapolis at 5:55 p. m. The next from Cincinnati to Chicago, a mail and express passes here at 10:30 p. m., and doesn't take passengers.
