Harry and Everett; four daughters. Clara. Mary, Emma and Cora. The funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock In the horai on Gill brt Avi. Burial will be In Fountain City. Mr. Miller was a very prominent man, being In business here for many years, a charter member of uniform rank Knights of St. John, took an active part in St. Andrew's church and St. Joseph society. The societies will ray their last tribute Wednesday evening at 7:30 at the home of the deceased. The funeral will be held at the St. Andrews church Thursday at 9 a. m. Burial In St.- Andrew's cemetery. Friends may rail any time.

Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, July 6th, 1918, and until twelve o'clock, noon, of said day, the Board of Commissioners and County Treasurer of Wayne County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for road bonds issued by said Board upon the petition of Fred Hackman, et al., for the Improvement of Highway, in

Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana. Said bonds are forty In number and bear date of July 6th, 1918, and are payable in twenty series of two bonds, commencing May 15th, 1919, and payable one series each six months until all are paid, and each bond bearing interest at 4 per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, with first payment May 16th, 1919, and all payable at American Trust and Savings Bank, Richmond, Indiana. Said bonds are issued pursuant to an order of the said Board of Commissioners for the purpose of creating a fund for the payment of the improvement of the above mentioned highway, and of all expenses in connection therewith pursuant to the terms ot statute, and under what is generally known as "The Three Mile Gravel Road Law," and all Acts amendatory and supplemental thereto.
