The scheduled opening tilt between the Richmond A. B. C. semi-pro club and Richmond Athletics will be played Sunday afternoon at Exhibition park. twlrler on the colored team, it can present Coleman and Dunson. Dawson, Petrie and McReynolds will be brought along as utility men. If Pryer starts the game, the Richmond team will face the best left hander the colored boys have to offer. The men who will represent the Richmond A. B. C. club are experienced at the game and should have the edge on the Richmond Athletics who are drafted from the factories and have never had the opportunity to play that their colored opponents have. Richmond baseball fans believe that the line-up presented by Manager Cooney is an exceptionally good one, and that the strong A. B. C.'s will have to travel some if it holds the backing of the Richmond fans. "Rus" Hawekotte will start the game for the Athletics on the mound with Roop in reserve, and if it becomes imperative, another pitcher. Minner, can be shifted from second by placing Fuller, a new man, at that position. Manager Cooney has scheduled a Fame with the Dayton Rubber team, he announced Friday, for June 16. The game with Farmland will be cancelled.

Americans lave Strong Nerves

Nervousness and Nerve Troubles on the Decline

"Nothing wrong but your nerves," is a saying that is fast dying out in this country. While nerve trouble is no organic disease, one of our leading nerve specialists remarked: "A man or woman might better break a leg than have a shattered nervous system." Overwork and worry drains the nerve cells of their reserve strength and food, and then follows the sleepless night, indigestion, poor appetite, impure blood and general nervous break-down. The thing to do in such cases no longer troubles doctors and their patients who know from their own experience the value of Phosphated Iron. They know that a few weeks' regular use of this nerve food and red blood builder will strengthen and brace up the whole nervous system, because Phosphated Iron gives the tired, hungry, worn-out nerve cells phosphates and iron in a form easily and quickly absorbed; as one happy user said: "You can almost feel it taking bold of the nerves and blood, after a short time you feel like a new person; life seems a pleasure and worth living once again. In every section where Phosphated Iron has been used there has been a big decrease of nerve troubles and it will prove a welcome relief to any sufferer. You can bank on it for results it's pure. To insure physicians and their patients getting the genuine Phosphated Iron we have put up in capsules only, do not take pills or tablets. Insist on capsules. urday. Triangle has made a picturesque feature of a vital phase of American life. Colonel Oglesby represents the fine, old type of blue-blooded Southern colonel of antiquated ideals who has fought in the Civil war and still retains his bitter hate of the "Yank." With sullen suspicions he witnesses the invasion of Oglesburg by a wellmeaning millionaire and philanthropist of the North., Thoma3 Foster. It is Mr. Foster's ambition to build industrial schools, Introduce scientific methods of farming and add to the intellectual and financial growth of the community.

WASHINGTON That tired feeling, conimonly known as spring fever, which affects so many real workers shortly after winter's final blast, is an illusion as far as Mae Marsh is concerned, according to three prominent players who support "the whim girl of the screen" in Goldwyn's latest production, "The Face in the Dark." from the widely-read story by Irvin S. Cobb. Nlles Welch, Alec B. Francis and Harry Myers are authorities for the

statement that Miss Marsh is the'

hardest working star on the screen. Indefatigable workers themselves, all three seasoned actors admit that no star, man or woman, ever led them as swift a pace as did Miss Marsh in "The Face in the Dark," to be seen at the Washington theatre tonight and Saturday.

THIN, IRRITABLE CHILD Gained Flesh, Strength and Good Nature'by Taking Vinol Middletown, Conn. "I used Vinol for my little girl 6 years old for a run-down, nervous condition. She was thin, irritable all the time and had no appetite. In a week I noticed an improvement and now she has a good appetite, has gained in flesh and strength and is much pleasanter to live with." Mrs. C. B. Wilkinson. There is no secret about Vinoi. It owes its success in such cases to beef and cod liver peptones, iron and manganese, peptonates and glycerophosphates, the oldest and most famous body-bullding tonics known.
