The Woman's History club met at the home of Mrs. Sarah Bell Monday afternoon. The responses to roll call were "Rugs." Fourteen members were present The topic .for the afternoon was "Persia." "The Thousand Types of Tides." assigned to Mrs. Ada Thurston, was read by Mrs. Laura Gebhart, in the absence of Mrs. Thurston. Mrs. John Hartley read a magazine article' entitled "The Day of a Well-to-do Fersian." Miss Mary Clark gave a reading on "Caravanning In Persia." Mrs. William Porter read an article on "Touring in Algeria." There was music on the victrola. After reading of the minutes by the secretary Mrs. Hower, the club adjourned to meet with Mrs. Martha Bowman and Mrs.
