We Insist upon sanitary conditions In the stables where our milk originates; everyone handling our milk is instructed as to sanitary precautions in handling and all utensils employed in handling and bottling the milk are kept scrupulously clean. Then we go a step further. Because dairy authorities tell us that milk as it comes from the cow's udder may not always be pure and wholesome, and It is almost impossible to avoid - at least some contamination in handling, before our milk is bottled it is all centrifugally clarified which removes every vestige of dust, sediment, etc., which may have gotten into the milk after milking, and any pus cells, slimes, etc., which may have been in the milk previous to milking, and then pasteurized.
