Beginning next week, every Ionian of Richmond -will be given an opportunity to help in the Liberty Loan campaign. Many women and girls will visit different parts of tho city in the interest of this work. The quota for Wayne county has been placed at $1400,000 and it Is hoped that this county will far ex ceed its quota. The interest, to be paid on these bonds 1b four and-one hair per cent.
