$5 BUSHEL IS SET AS PRICE 1 OF SEED CORN
Testing Station for Farmers Is Established at Eaton, Ohio.
- rftlAlSYDEAJSr -
EATON, O., Feb. 21. Five dollars a bushel is an equitable price for seed corn, both for the buyer aud seller, according to a statement by the county farm bureau executive committee. Corn at that figure should be known to be of good germination, says the statement. Ear-tested corn, sold with a-guarantee of 100 per cent germination, should bring the seller the difference between $5 a bushel and the coKt of an accurate test, continues the statement. A testing station has been placed in operation here, under supervision of A. J. Swift, county agricultural agent. Tests of seed corn in both Preble and Darke counties will be tested free of charge, providing certain rules of the testing station are followed. The rules will be supplied by Agent . Swift, all communications being addressed to him at Eaton. Council has .recinded the coal ticket system and done away with the fuel manager office, upon the belief that the .local coal situation has been mastered. The system had been in operation several weeks. Marshal Willard Armstrong was the coal distributing manager and he issued all orders. During the time he was manager he issued more than 1,300 orders. : McGuffey Hi comes here Thursday night from Oxford for a game of basketball with the local Hi quintet. This is the first game to be played hero within the last several weeks, owing to tho fuel situation. Eaton Hi goes Friday night to Liberty, Ind., to play Liberty Hi. Johnson and ltollison, the rib ticklers furnish the laughs for the show and there are plenty of them during the run of their act. Tonight will be the last showing of Wm. Desmond and Chas. Gunn in the "Captain of His Seul" and for tomorrow -and Saturday the picture will "Reggie Mixes In" featuring the best known of all stars Douglas Fairbanks.

City May Charge for Hauling Excess Garbage A suggestion that the city change the present garbage system and charge a ' certain amount for every load hauled from residences and business houses in excess of one load a week, was made by Mayor Zimmerman at the meeting of the board of works. Thursday. The mayor stated that the city has been imposed on by certain factories and business houses, with regard to the hauling of rubbish, and that the proposed action would be the only means of correcting the matter. The suggestion will be taken up with the city attorney.

and Traxo and Was a Quantity of Gall
Stones People who suffer with stomach trouble, and especially those who have been told they have gall stones, and that nothing but an operation will help will naturally be interested in the story of Mrs. Helena Bonner, Laurelville, Ohio (R. F. D. No. 3, Box 69). For seven years she suffered without being able to locate the trouble, although several doctors treated her. She heard of Fruitola and Traxo and decided to try this remedy. She says: "I took Fruitola and Traxo as directed and to my surprise was relieved of a great number of gall stones. In all I have taken five bottles of Fruitola and one of Traxo, and now feel as well as anyone could expect at my age. If anyone afflicted as I was will try Fruitola nnd Traxo there will be no need
of an operation for gall stones." , Fruitola and Traxo are compounded from the original Ldsall formulas at the Pinus laboratories in Monticello, Ills., and can be purchased in drug stores; a doctor's pi escription is not necessary. Fruitola is a pure fruit oil that acts as an intestinal lubricant, and disintegrates the hardened particles that cause so much suffering, discharging the accumulated waste to the sufferer's intense relief. One dose is usually sufficient to indicate its efficacy. Traxo is a tonic-alternative that is most effective to rebuild and restore the" weakened, run-down system.
