He was born in Germany, May 7, 1S80, and has been a resident of Richmond for about 25 years. He Is survived by his wife, Carrie, three sons, Carl and Lawrence Schepman and John Willenkatnp of Indianapolis; one daughter, Mrs. Clara Cook of Los Angeles, Cal. Mr. Joseph Hchepman was one of the most popular German residents of this r-ltv and m-aa known for his iovlal dis position as was termed he had a smile I for everybody, and he was an araent believer in the Democracy.
