OFFER CHURCH TO RE1D MEMORIAL
The First Presbyterian church session Wednesday evening offered the use of the church building to Reid Memorial church if they use it early enough to avoid the necessity of using electricity. Vesper services will not be held at the church on Sunday and prayer meeting will be held at the home of the members until the coal situation is relieved. Tne Sunday school room will be closed and meetings held in the auditorium. It is necessary to keep fire in the building on account of the organ. Prayer services will be held Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. John B. Dougan, North Tenth street. City Statistics Deaths and Funerals. SHORER John Shorer, 56 years old. died at his home, 442 South West Fourth street, Thursday morning. He is survived by his widow, seven sons and four daughters.
