For Good and Sufficient Reasons the Railroad Store will be re-organized in the near future. He has advised me to slaughter my merchandise as never before and I am following his advice to the letter. Anticipating a large winter's business I went East in October. I bought merchandise galore in New York and Boston. My business was below expectations and I need money badly. I have tied my entire capital up in merchandise and struggled against odds. The bills are due and I must raise the cash before the re-organization takes place. The urgent demand for money and other personal reasons has brought this situation ab,out and a general reorganization is my only salvation. You know the class of merchandise my stock consists of.
