BACK FROM FRANCE TO BOSS TRAINING , Maj. Gen. John F- Morrison WASHINGTON, Jan. 2. Major General John F. Morrison has been appointed director of military ' training with headquarters at the War College in Washington. To 'him will fall the task of co-ordinating the army training work in all the camps and cantonments in the country so as to have n uniformly trained army when the boys are stamped ready for action. The. new director has been in France watching the work of the men with Pershing and laying the groundwork for his progra'm here at home. Having enlisted I am compelled to close out my fanning operations.
