CAMBRIDGE CITY GAS PLANT SOLD
CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind., July 20. The Cambridge City natural gas plant was sold Wednesday, by A. C. Forlnger and Edward McDonald, of Pittsburg, representing the stockholders, a majority of whom reside In Pennsylvania', to A. B. Ayers of Fortvllle, and F. M. Milikan of Indianapolis. The terms of the sale were not made known. The plant was established in 1897. and furnishes gas to the towns of Cambridge City, East German town, Mt. Auburn, Dublin, Milton, Straughn, Mays and Raleigh. There are 40 wells, 60 miles of pipe line, and 1,200 consumers. Mr. Ayers who is a practical gas man with twenty years' experience, is president of the new organization; Sherman Strong, vice-president; F. M. Milikan, secretary and treasurer. The plant will be Improved, and additional wells drilled. The local management will not be changed. Women Of Friends
