W.'s JAMES -B-USJOWe Reports from Washington indicate that Brigadier-General James ... M. Parker, U. S. A., has responded to the appeals for United States troops made by Governor Campbell, of Arizona, and sent regulars to aid in quelling the I. W. W. disorders in the Bisfcee, Clifton, Morenci and other districts of that state. Governor Campbell telegraphed the President that at least 5,000 I. W. W. agitators are fomeniing . trouble throughout Arizona and asked for troops. He was notified that his request had been referred to General Parker. Craig.
