No increase will be made by thexlty

present indications according to a report made the council by Clarence
Kletnknecht, superintendent of the city
light plant, who reported that the city
stilt had a surplus of $22,000 worth of

GRANDMA NEVER LET HER HAIR GET GRAY
Kept her locks youthful, dark and glossy with common garden Sane and Sulphur. When you darken your hair with Sage Tea and Sulphur, no one can tell, because it's done so naturally, so evenly. Preparing this mixture, though, at home is mussy and troublesome. For 50 cents you can buy at
any drug store the ready-to-use prep
