At a luncheon held at the T. M. C. A. at noon, definite plans were announced. The city la to be canvassed by teams, each assigned to a district Richmond has been apportioned $8,000 to raise. The campaign will close on May '23. Speeches were made by Fred Bates, H. R. Robinson, and Captain Tounken. Captain Younken told of the great work which the Y. M. C. A. did last summer on the Mexican border. L. .8. Bowman, .district chairman, street,' foreman of the core room at of the Y. M. C. A. war work campaign, are planning to visit all townships in the county this week.
