A class in gardening is being organized at the High school. E. L. Murphy, civic gardener, will have charge of the class to be conducted the remainder of the semester, and continued this summer. Thirty-seven boys have expressed a desire to Join.

Ttepreeentatives of the National Foreign Trade Council are in conference with commerce department officials on the policy to be pursued by the government under the export control legislation pending in congress.
