Captain Falconer and thirty-five members of the crew of the British oil tank motor ship Sebastian which went to the bottom southwest of Nantucket Shoals lightship early yesterday, told cn their arrival here today how the United States gunboat Sacramento used the sinking vessel as a target as she started to sink.
