U. C.T. Meets Again Before State Session

Degree team and several members of the Greenville post of United Commercial Travelers will attend a meeting to be held tomorrow night by the Richmond Post, U. C. T., at the Commercial club. A large class will be Initiated into the local branch of the organization, the work being conducted by the members of the Greenville degree team. The Greenville travelers will come to Richmond in automobiles, leaving there about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. All members of the U. C. T. in Richmond are Invited to attend the meeting, which will be the last regular meeting until the state convention -of the U. C. T. is held here, week after next

More mortgage exemptions were filed in the county auditor's office this year than last by 77. This year the exemptions numbered 2.289 and last year there were 2,212. Of this number in both years Rich

3 p.m. sun time.

Nazarenes Attending Indiana Convention

Despite the bad weather the Nazarenes are having good crowds and plenty . of enthusiasm at the Indiana district meeting in session here. Last night Rev. U. E. Harding preached. "Too many people are taking the fire out of Hell and the virus out of sin," he said in speaking of the church of today. Mrs." Eva Morris, rescue worker, of Indianapolis, gave a splendid talk yesterday. The Nazarenes have appointed a committee to look after establishing a rescue home in Indianapolis. ' Rev. Everett Chalfant, of Muncie, will preach tonight. There will be special music .. :
