Two Beautiful Bungalows

Walter and Raymond Duning have erected two beautiful little bungalows, cosy and inviting, on South Sixteenth street. Both are frame structures, finished on the inside with fumed oak in a very fetching effect. Mantles of brick add to the attractiveness of the interiors. Beautiful lawns and flowers add much to the beauty of these homes by furnishing a most pleasing setting for the houses. Electric fixtures were furnished by the Richmond Electric company which has produced some very artistic lighting effects. Wiring for the electrical work was done by Harry Wood. J. E. Higgs, North Tenth street, was the architect and general contractor. John Niewoehner, plumber, did all the plumbing and handled the hot water heating plants for both buildings. The glass and hardware which harmonizes so wellwith the finish was supplied by the J. F. Hornaday Hardware company. Richard Dennis had the contract for the painting.
