BURTON GARR RESIDENCE

One of the most imposing homes built in Richmond recently is the seven-room cottage built by Harry E. Pinnick, contractor, for Burton J. Carr in Westcott Place. The home is constructed of brick veneer and is finished in the very latest design. The picture accompanying is a reproduction of the house. Heating, electrical and plumbing work was done under sub contract by the Stanley Plumbing company. Robert C. Gotwald, of Springfield, Ohio, designed the place. Other sub contractors were: Marion McLaughlin, stone work; Frank E. Weaver, brick work; J. S. Logan, painting; J. C. Mullen, plastering; Schultz and Lanning, slate and metal work; Jones Hardware company, hardware and glass. The Carrs are living in their new home.
