Tentative plana have been made and committees have already been' named to arrange details. v The town was laid out in June, 1817, and given the name of Winchester, which was later changed to Gratis.

Walter H. - Bennett, formerly with the Foster Bottling, has accepted a position with the Challenge Tire company.
