ECONOMIC BOARD REACHES DECISIONS

(By Associated Press) PARIS, March 30. The Matin says that decisions of the highest importance have been reached by the economic committee after a two-hour session which was attended by most of the ministers and under-secretaries. The decisions will be published today after they have been submitted to the cabinet for ratification.

Bank clearings in Los Angeles for January broke all records with a total of $134,254,867, being more than $5,000,000 greater than December. Compared with January of 1916 the gain was about $36,000,000.
