URIC ACID IN MEAT CLOGS THE KIDNEYS Take a glaaa of Salt if your Back hurts or Bladder bothers you Drink more water.
If you must have your meat every day, eat It, but flush your kidneys with salts occasionally, says a noted author it.v who tells us that meat forms uric
acid which almost paralyses the kidneys in their effort! . to expel it from the blood. They become sluggish and weaken, then you suffer with a dull misery in the kidney region, sharp pains in the back or sick headache, dizziness, your stomach sours, tongue is coated and when the weather Is bad you have rheumatic twinges. The urine gets cloudy, full of sediment, the channels often get sore and irritated, obliging you to seek relief two or three times during the night. To neutralize these irritating acids, to cleanse the kidneys and flush off the body's urinous waste get four ounces of Jad Salts from any pharmacy here: take a tablespoonful in a glass of water before breakfast for a few day3 and your kidneys will then act fine. This famous salts is made from the acid oi grapes and lemon juice, combined with lithia, and has been used for generations to flush and stimulate sluggish kidneys, also to neutralize the acids in urine, so it no longer irritates, thus ending bladder weakness. Jad Salts is inexpensive; cannot injure, and make a delightful effervescent lithla-water drink. adv.
The figures show an increase of 102,643 tons over the report of Jan. 31, last.

VEGETABLE ' CALOMEL
Vegetable calomel, extract of the root of the old-fashioned may-apple plant, does not salivate. As a liver stimulator, it's great. It's a perfect substitute for ordinary calomel (mercury) j in fact, it's better, Lecause its action is gentle instead of severe and irritating and it leaves no mean, disagreeable aftereffects. Physicians recognize this and prescribe may-apple root (pc dophyllin, tney call it) daily. Combined with four other stanJard, all-vegetable remedies, mayapple root may now be had at most any druggist's in convenient sugarcoated tablet form by asking for Sentanel Laxatives. If you forget the name, ask for the box that has the picture of the soldier on it. These tablets are small, easy to take and are really wonderful little performers. They quickly clean out the poisons that are causing you headache, constipation, sour stomach, biliousness, dizzy spells, bad breath and coated tongue. They are mild. They never gripe. And they are a bowel tonic as well as a cleanser and liver regulator. A 10c box should last on s several weeks. A Physician's trial package (4 doses) will be mailed you f.-e if you write ment'sning this advertisement. The Sentanel Remedies Co., 802 Madii son Ave., Covington, Ky.

Automobile values as at present established are largely due to the foresight and courage 6f Mr. John N. Willys, the president of this institution. He foresaw the universal use of the automobile and had the courage to produce quality cars in larger quantities than they had ever before been produced. Steadily increasing production made possible savings and economies which steadily reduced costs and repeatedly established new values. Eight years ago, with a net worth of little more than $50,000 this company produced 465 cars. This year, with a net worth of over $68,000,000 we must produce over 200,000 cars to fill our dealers' contracts.
It has required an enormous investment in plant and equipment to prepare for this enormous production. The prime requisite in the automobile industry is still foresight and courage. Mr. Willys foresees a demand this year in excess of the possible supply. In addition to enormous investment in plant and equipment Mr. Willys had the courage to contract long ago for enormous quantities of raw materials $35,000,000 worth already in hand for this year's record production. See all this reflected in the values we have to show you in the most comprehensive line of cars ever built by any one producer. Note especially the remarkable values represented in the Big Four at $S50 and the Light Six at $985.

1 As Silent as the Woods at Night K The deep silence of sylvan solitudes is unbroken when a Buick S m slips through the forest aisles. Night birds and the sleeping g g things of the woodland scarce heed its presence. There is nothing H 1 more restful than an evening ride in the silent Buick. g B M j Everybody knows about the power of the famous Buick . Valve-in- g g Head Motor. It is now becoming generally recognized that this fa- a g mous motor is as silent as it is powerful. g g Buick engineers long ago solved the problem of producing a quiet H p valve-lifting mechanism the source of noise in gasoline motors. H f Furthermore, the noiseless valve-lifting mechanism in Buick motors S j is adjustable. That means that the Buick Valve-in-Head motor aftm er years of service will run as quietly as when new. g H But motor car noise is not always in the motor. The strength and p If rigidity of the Buick chassis Insures freedom from creaking and ft rattling, even in cars which have seen many season's service.
