WHAT IS AN INTERNAL BATH? If you were to ask a dozen people this question probably not one would answer correctly, although half a million Americans are now using it with a marked improvement in health and ftrength. The Internal Bath of today is no nioro like ; the old-fashioned Enema than a Vacuum Cleaner is like a whiskbroorn. Now, by means of the "J. B. L. Cascade" simple warm water cleanses the Lower Intestine the entire length, removes all the poisonous waste matter therein and keeps it clean and pure as Nature demands it'shall be for perfect health. You will be astonished at your feelings the morning after taking an Internal Bath by me-ns of the "J. B. L. Cascade." You will feel bright, brlr-lr, confident and as though everything is "working right," and it is. It absolutely removes Constipation and prevents Auto-Intoxication. A. G. Luken's Drug Store in Richmond, Ir.d., will explain it fully to 5ou. and on rocuest. will give you a free book on tho tubject by an eminent specialist. Ask or send for this free book today, called "Why Man of Today 13 Only SO Per Cent. Efficient," while you think of it. Adv.

CLIP THIS AND PIN ON WIFE'S DRESSER Warns women acairst cutting corns and 3ayc they lift right out.
Because style decrees that women crowd and buckle up their tender toes in high heel footwear they suffer from corns, then they cut and trim at these painful pests which merely makes the corn grow hard. This suicidal habit may cause lockjaw and women are warned to stop it. A few drops of a drug called freezone applied directly upon a sore corn gives quick relief and soon the entire corn, root and all, lifts out without pain. Ask the drug store man for a quarter of an ounce of freezone, which costs very little but is sufficient to remove every hard or soft corn or callus from one's feet. This drug is gummy but it dries in n moment and simply shrivels up the corn without inflamming or even irritating the surrounding tissue or skin. Adv.
(By Associated Press) VIENNA, Feb. 23 The intense cold
weather has passed and a thaw has
set in which has solved the fuel ques
tion of Vienna and Incidentally facilitated the importation of foodstuffs. The flour mills which were shut down owing to frozen rivers, are again In
operation and full bread rations are once mure in force. Emtjornr Charles has been a tireless wor'cer in the campaign to relie economic condUJors and the imperial teams arc still belling coal for tho pcpulaff. The tight of the blooded Ft.?ck, heretofore r!y harnessed to r-tr.t:; cojic-hes, hinline; heavy coal trucks, is ore of the curirji vsr-timc Incident? ia tho Austrian cpitol. Banishes Wheat F.rcsd Tho emperor recently banished vh-r.t breed from i he -oncers' mess at tray headquarters and had both whent breed and flour removed from a cpecial train, which - an talcing his brother, Archduke Masimillian, to Constantinople. In issuing this latter order the emperor remarked that if the common soldiers, the people and himself were contented with black bread the party on the train should be also. Another lesult of the monarch's intervention has been that Vienna
street cars are still running day and night. Dr. Weiskirchner, the Burgomaster, had decided that no cars should be run between 9 in the morning and 5 in the. afternoon. The emperor informed Dr. Weiskirchner that this step must not be thought of and at first the burgomaster threatened to resign. After a talk with the emperor over the telephone, however, the head of the municipality changed his mind. It appears that Dr. Weiskirchner told the emperor that the cars must be stopped on account of the lack of ccnl. He was promptly told that it was his business to find fuel and he did ko. In order to avoid sidestepping by the council, the emperor himself fixed the number of cars which were to run. .

Continued From Page One. strenuous in their objection to ,the Sunday picture show pay it a compliment by admitting that it is a great drawing card. But Some Pews Are Empty The seats at the movie theatre are full to the first row, while ministers are preaching to a great many empty pews. This article is not an argument for an open Sunday. But have the movie's enemies ever thought that what will draw people to an amusement house would also attract them to the church? Has it ever occurred to them to combine a motion picture performance with the Sunday evening sermon and observe the results. Do not throw up your hands in horror. Listen. Motion pictures are not essentially wrong. They can be made great agencies for good without detracting from their entertainment features. Pictures Would Add Interest. Would a wholesome picture desecrate the church building if displayed on Sunday night? It would not. It would attract people to the services, while under other conditions the argument is that the film detracts from the church attendance and interest. The church would then exercise absolute censorship over the pictures exhibited and could display features, interesting, but clean and inspiring. . Conditions under which the pictures would be shown would be ideal, prescribed and provided by the church membership. Make admission to the picture performance conditional upon attendance at the regular ' church service which would precede it. Would Raise Standards at Once. Entrance of the churches with their vast resources into the movie field would force purely commercial producers and exhibitors to raise the standard of their productions preceptibly. And are possible results cited above not exactly "what practical reformers are striving to accomplish? When will church leaders make their organization a successful competitor by adopting methods of their opponents with the sting removed ? This is not a plea to slight the scriptural teaching which should be vigorous and virile and practical.
! AMUSEMENTS AT I LOCAL HOUSES
: "Seven Days" is Funny Farce "Seven Days" was greeted by a large house at the Murray last night and proved to be a comedy that was refreshing, sweet as a Belleflower, wholesome as an old-fashioned hickory nut, it is the sort of thing that people like. The members of the company were all good and the play was presented in a manner that was enjoyed by all. Mr. Oliver was seen as the husband who .is quarantined in his own home with his divorced wife, and in order to fool his uncle into believing he is still married, he has one of the party impersonate his wife. Complications follow and two hours of joy. The scenery was pleasing to the eye and "Seven Days" will be remembered as one of the best comedies seen in Richmond in many a day. Matinee will be given Saturday.

Time is the test of truth. And Doan's Kidney Pills have stood the test in Richmond. No Richmond resident who suffers backache, or annoying urinary ills can remain unconvinced by this twice-told testimony. J. W. I was told it was lumbago. The kidney secretions were sometimes profuse, and then again scanty m passage, making it plain that my kidneys were affected. I began doctoring, but it was not unail I had taken several different medicines without success that I, chanced on Doan's Kidney Pills. I used three boxes and was cured of the backache." The above statement was given on Dec. 12, 1908, and on Sept. 15,, 1915, Mr. Morris said: "Since giving a former recommendation for Doan's Kidney Pills, I have had but few occasions to use them.
