HOW I DARKENED MY GRAY HAIR

Lady Gives Simple Home Recipe That She Used to Darken Her Gray Hair.

' For years I tried to restore my gray hair to its natural color with the prepared dyes and stains, but none of them gave satisfaction and they were s 11 expensive. I finally ran onto a simple recipe which I mixed at home that gives wonderful results. I gave the recipe, which is as follows, to a number of my friends, and they are all delighted with it. To 7 ozs. of water add a small box of Barbo Compound, 1 oz. of bay rum and M oz. of glycerine. These ingredients can be bought at any drug store at very little cost. Use every other day until the hair v becomes': the required fchade. It will not only darken the tray hair, but make it soft and glossy. Tt is not sticky or greasy and does not

But if they wanted to better the community why didn't they sell this underwear to the people of Richmond at the price they sell to SearsRoebuck & Co., who have to make fair margin of profit and their freight. And the people of Richmond who are

patronizing this house to such an exi tent that it annoys the Richmond mer-

i chants, must pay both the profit and (the freight both ways, to and from Chicago. And then, in conclusion if

! these same merchants of Richmond

want to better the community let them do as they advised the people. Yours truly, B. B. A Constant Reader.
