7-Cent Slump Made in Grain

CHICAGO, Jan. 27. Severe breaks in the price of wheat resulted today from hpavy selling due to peace rumors. The sharpest decline was in the May option which fell in some cases more than seven cents touching $1.74'i as against $1.81'4 to $1.81 at yesterday's finish. Remarkable absence of export buying contributed to the weakness.

Fifteen Years Have Elapsed Since.

A Noted Physician Compounded What Is Known to the World Today, as VITALIS, the Reconstructive Tonic Fifteen years ago a noted physician compounded a tonic for an extremely nervous patient. So erratic was his heart action, so sluggish his circulation, so torpid his liver, so capricious his appetite and so uncertain his digestion that the moderate labors of the ' day left him exhausted and his nights were a torture of insomnia. With quieted nerves, keened appetite and improved digestion the patient began to "make blood." The same tonic steadied his heart and the renewed enriched blood was pumped regularly to every remote capillary of his tingling vitalized body. Color returned to his cheeks, "snap" to the workings of his brain, elasticity to his step and incisiveness to the very tones

of his voice. Soon, as he worked, he worked to some purpose, and by night slept, for his weariness was the grateful exhaustion of complishment. The prescription proved a veritable inspiration and has since that time been given to thousands of afflicted people with unfailing and astonishing results. The same tonic, with some slight changes dictated by experience has been given to the world as Vitalis.

CHICAGO BUSINESS MAN PRAISES SWEET'S VITALIS Read what he says: "This is to certify that I have used Vitalis for some time and can safely say that it has not only done what is claimed for it, but considerably more. I am gaining weight steadily, and am more than glad to recommend it to anyone having use for a body builder. (Signed) "I. Wallace Harlem." VITALIS will do as much for you. It is being especially introduced and explained at the QUIGLEY DRUG STORES, 400 Main St; 806 Main St; 98 W. Main 921 North E; 1820 North E

To see the tinge or healthy bloom in your face, to see your skin get clearer and clearer, to wake up without a headache, backache, coated tongue or a nasty breath, in fact to feel your best, day in and day out, just try inside-bathing every morning for one week. Before breakfast each, day, drink a glas sof real hot water with a teaspoonful of limestone phosphate in it as a harmless means of washing from the stomach, liver, kidney3 and bowels the previous day's indigestible waste, sour bile and toxins; thus cleansing, sweetening and purifying the entire alimentary canal before 'putting more food into the stomach. The action of hot water and limestone phosphate on an empty stomach is wonderfully invigorating. It cleans out all the sour fermentations, gases and acidity and gives one a splendid appetite for

J ' breakfast. .

! A quarter pound of limestane phos- ' phote will cost very little at the drug i store but-is sufficient to demonstrate that just as ' soap and ' hot water ! cleanses, sweetens and freshens the : skin, so hot water and limestane phos

Two REAL Ovens

h .One Simple

Let Us Give You the Names and Addresses of Enthusiastic Users in Richmond There are no complicated and obstructed flue systems. The draft and combustion are as perfect as in any separate coal or gas range. The oven heats as well when burning gas, for there are no cold air flues running through the oven bottom of the burning coal as it does when burning gas, for there are no cold air flues running through the oven bottom of the range as is the case with other combination ranges. No standard coal range heats the oven better or more evenly and with the removable goose-neck gas burner, the oven can be heated as uniform as with any gas

range made. The completeness of the range is m every detail. It is absolutely reliable, efficient, economical, convenient and sanitary, twenty-five years. We issue an Insurance Policy with each Globe, insuring the body of the range against destruction from rust or corrosion for a period of twenty-five years.

Both coal and gas can be used at the same time. Each style of this combination is a complete, perfect range in itself, operating as efficiently and as economically as a separate range, burning either coal or gas. When a Quick Fire is Desired, Use the Gas Section While the Coal Section is Being Heated The Globe is a perfect gas range and a fuel-saving coal range that occupies no snore space than an ordinary stove, besides, it is so convenient and easy to operate. This combination of two ranges in one effects a great saving of time, trouble and discomfort ; it eliminates the expense of buying two ranges ; it also saves the labor necessary to store one and shift to the other with each change of the season.

Electric Welded Bodies The bodies of all GLOBE ranges are electrically welded instead of riveted. The advantages are obvious. The steel parts are drawn together until they are water, heat and gas tight. There are no unsightly rivets, consequently electric welded bodies are easily kept clean and sanitary. Remember that all parts are electric welded, even the ash pan, and the nickel edges on the warming closet. Electric welding enables us to make a mechanically perfect body. There are no rivets to collect dirt, the stove is more sightly, more sanitary, and easier to keep clean.
