Weidner, Treasurer, Wayne County, for the non-payment of taxes due thereon, for the year 1915, and former years, to which is added the taxes for the current year, 1916, and costs. . LEWIS S. State of Indiana, Wayne County, ss.: Notice is hereby given that all of said lands, town and city lots, returned delinquent, as above set forth, will be sold for such delinquencies, or as much as may be due thereon from the owners thereof at the time of said sale at the Court House door in the City of Richmond, on the second Monday in February, 1917, being the 12th day of said month of February. 1917. Said sale will be made, by Edward J. Weidner, County Treasurer, unless taxes, penalties and costs be paid by that time and the said sale will continue from day to day until all lands, town and city lots, or parts thereof shall have been offered for sale.
