BOY MAYOR PROMISES TO IMPEACH OFFICIALS DERELICT IN OFFICE Impeachment proceedings will ' be brought against officials of Richmond's Boytowu government who do not tend to all duties properly. The boy will first be asked to resign and if he does not comply with the request, more drastic measures will be taken. These policies were announced by Mayor-elect Joseph Swearlnger at a preliminary session of the council and cabinet The mayor-elect stated that since there have been no meetings of the Boy town council for, the past two months it will take a special effort on the part of the newly elected officials who take office, January 1, to bring the junior municipality up to standard. Two hundred delegates to the Indiana State Association of Master House Painters will bold their eighth annual convention in Richmond Jan. 16-19, with convention headquarters at the Westcott hotel and business headquarters in the Commercial club meeting room. Wednesday, Jan. 17, a 200 plate banquet will be served for the delegates at the Westcott hotel.
