AUTO STRIKES CHILD

Soft snow probably was the means of saving Maxlne Shaw, seven-year-old daughter of Lynn Shaw, reporter for the Item, from injury this afternoon. The child wa3 struck by an automobile near her home, 107 South Ninth street, and was badly frightened, but is believed to be uninjured.

MILLER INVENTORY FILED

Inventory of the estate of George Miller, deceased, was filed in circuH court today. The estate is valued at $10,041.13.
