Richmond lodge of Masons is making arrangements for its past master's night which will be held Tuesday in the lodge rooms at Ninth and North 4 street. Oscar Tauer. Jr., is master. Mrs, William J. Gaynor, widow of former Mayor Gaynor of New York, Is shortly to make her debut as a professional concert singer, it Is announced today. In October Mrs. Gaynor sing at the Irish Bazaar at Madison Square Garden, where she was warmly applauded.
